Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at the address of your preference (domicile, work, etc.- never in PO Box)

Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?
The country of delivery should always match the country of purchase.

How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected. The delivery times are between 3 and 5 business days for shipments intended for collection in the store. The deadline for standard shipments is between 2 and 3 working days (the deadlines mentioned do not apply to the Azores and Madeira), and for express shipments between 1 and 2 working days (these terms do not apply to case of the Azores and Madeira)

How much do I have to pay for shipping?
For shipments intended for in-store downloads, shipping is free.
Standard shipping costs are:

10EUR for Portugal

FREE (FOR ORDERS ABOVE 50EUR)

The express delivery costs are 15.95 EUR.

Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, through the "my account" in completed orders you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Request Information" link in the confirmation email to follow up.

How is home delivery processed?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirmation of delivery (the moment your order leaves the warehouse), another with a tracking number (with a link to the web page of the transport company) and, lastly, the carrier will contact you through an SMS message or an email to inform you of the delivery of your order.

How do I process in-store delivery?
In case you have chosen the option of delivery in the store, we will communicate the arrival of the goods through an SMS message (you will have / have a period of 15 days to collect the item in the store).

Country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.
